This 15 to Life Impact Story was created by filmmaker Nadine Pequeneza and James Dold from the Campaign For The Fair Sentencing of Youth as part of the Fledgling Engagement Lab. It is a shareable visual story about how the film supported and elevated the movement to end juvenile life without parole (jlwop).
“By completely re-imagining the relationship of philanthropist and grantee, The Fledgling Fund has invested in a generation of filmmakers to think more boldly about the impact of their stories in the world. Fledgling Fund grants are designed to connect, amplify and leverage the power of stories — and no funder is as committed to the process as Fledgling. They create innovative resources to help their grantees do better, provide breakthrough opportunities for professional and personal development, and most of all, they are a full-on partner in the long road of the journey.”
